The client follows the recommended Cosmelan preparation programme at home before attending the clinic for their Cosmelan treatment. This is then followed by one month of appropriate post-treatment homecare.

The Cosmelan System is our most comprehensive approach to pigmentation management and provides approximately seven months of professional treatment and homecare support. The programme begins with approximately four weeks of professional skin preparation before your in-clinic Cosmelan treatment. Following treatment, you will then receive the appropriate Cosmelan homecare products required for approximately six months of continued pigmentation management.
This longer-term approach may be particularly suitable for clients with more complex or persistent pigmentation concerns, including melasma, where ongoing pigment management and consistent homecare can be especially important.
